Our Process

    • Complete the booking form below and tell us a little about your event.

    • Share your date, venue, event type, and the experience you’re interested in.

    • We’ll review your inquiry and confirm availability.

    What to expect: We typically respond within 24 hours. If you don’t see our reply, have a quick look in your junk or spam folder.

    • We’ll review the details with you and make sure the package, enhancements, timing, and logistics suit your event.

    • We’re happy to answer questions and help refine the experience before anything is finalized

    Our goal: Make sure everything is clear, practical, and tailored to your celebration before you commit.

    • Once the details are confirmed, we’ll send your rental agreement and payment information.

    • Your booking is secured once the agreement is signed and the required payment is received.

    From there: Your date is officially reserved, and we move into event planning.

    • Closer to your event, we’ll send a short questionnaire to confirm the details that matter for the day.

    • This is where we’ll collect things like venue access, timing, backdrop and design preferences, logos or inspiration, on-site contacts, and other event-specific notes.

    • Our team reviews everything and prepares the booth, equipment, staffing, and setup plan.

    Your part: Give us the final details.
    Our part: Turn those details into a smooth, polished event plan.

    • We’ll arrive prepared, set up according to plan, and take care of the photo booth experience throughout your event.

    • Afterward, we’ll complete any final processing and prepare your gallery.

    After the celebration: You’ll receive your gallery and digital keepsakes so you can revisit and share the moments long after the event.
