What is included in a photo booth experience?
Each experience includes a professional DSLR camera, studio lighting, curated set-up, unlimited digital sharing, and a digital gallery delivered following your event.

How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and peak season dates, we recommend reserving as early as possible. Limited availability ensures a high quality experience for every event.

What type of events do you specialize in?
We work primarily with weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations where quality, design, and guest experience matter.

How much space and time are required for set-up?
Typically, an 8×8ft area is preferred, with an accessible power outlet. We also prefer to arrive 60-90 minutes prior to your event’s start time and test everything.
This said, we can always adjust depending on your venue and requirements. -
How do we reserve our date?
A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event.

How does the audio guestbook work?
Guest pick up the phone, listen to a voicemail greeting, and leave a heartfelt (or funny) message! All recordings are shared with your via an online gallery, 48-72 hours following your event.

Do you offer prints?
All packages includes unlimited digital sharing; however packages with professional printing are also available.

When will we receive photos or audio recordings from my event?
You’ll receive your full digital gallery in 48 to 72 hours after your event.

Do you travel outside of Ottawa?
Yes - we serve Ottawa, Gatineau, and surrounding areas! Travel fees may apply for events outside the city.
