        How much space and time are required for set-up?Typically, an 8×8ft area is preferred, with an accessible power outlet. We also prefer to arrive 60-90 minutes prior to your event’s start time and test everything. 
 This said, we can always adjust depending on your venue and requirements.

        How do I book a photo booth or audio guestbook?You can inquire through our booking form - see button below - once we confirm your date we’ll send you a quote. Following this, a small deposit is required to reserve your date.

        How far should I book in advance?We recommend booking 2-3 months in advance, especially for popular dates that fill up fast (summer, weddings, and holiday parties).

        How does the audio guestbook work?Guest pick up the phone, listen to your greeting, and leave a heartfelt (or funny) message! After the event, we send you a curated gallery of all the recordings.

        Do you offer prints?Absolutely! We offer both digital-only and print package options. You can choose whatever fits your vibe and budget.

        When do receive our photos or recordings?You’ll receive your full digital gallery in 48 to 72 hours after your event.

        Do you travel outside of Ottawa?Yes - we serve Ottawa, Gatineau, and surrounding areas! Travel fees may apply for events outside the city.
